This 3 mile course will wind throughout the Baton Rouge Fairgrounds, all while conquering 12+ wild challenges before crossing the finish line! Obstacles include giant mud pit, cargo net climb, slippery slalom, and hay bale climb along with other unique challenges. There’s even a dark mystery cave where runners will have to navigate throughout an enclosed structure in total darkness!

As part of the Play Dirty Adventure Trail Run on September 17th, we will hold a Play Dirty Mini Muck run. This fun event is designed for ages 6-13 and we encourage family to join the kids on their mucky adventure! The ¾ mile course will have a mud pit, slip and slide, and other fun and messy activities! Kid’s Mini Muck entrants will receive entry into the event and Mini Muck kid’s t-shirt.

Finisher’s medals will be provided for all competitors that cross the finish line. Special awards will be given to the top 15 male and female finishers from the day’s competition. In addition, awards will be given to the top racers for most unique costume! Early registration for the 3 mile run includes your event entry, parking, quick-dry race shirt, and great post-race party. Early registration for the Play Dirty Mini Muck event is $15 and includes entrance into the Mini Muck run and Mini Muck kid’s t-shirt.The deadline for registration is September 11, 2011.

Fundraiser to Fight Childhood Obesity

A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to RocketKidz, a local Baton Rouge, La, foundation. The RocketKidz Foundation’s mission is to fight childhood obesity and encourage kids fitness through education, programs, facilities and scholarship development.
